I need this to enable --enable-wayland-ime and --wayland-text-input-version=3 flags when typing notes that not in English on wayland

I prefer Electron 38+ because it fixes the text-input-v3 bug related to backspace in pre-edit text. https://issues.chromium.org/issues/409716545

latest version 1.11.5 uses Electron 35

Electron 38+ is still in beta, so will upgrade after it becomes stable, maybe in version 1.12 or 1.13.
