Unexpected ' / whitespace character when input using sougo IME

Describe the bug 当我使用中文输入法打英文比如 redis,此时我意识到自己用的是中文输入法然后我切换输入法,此时打出来的文字会变成 r'e'd'i's
To Reproduce 1.中文输入法输入redis 2.切换成英文输入法 3.之后就会看到r'e'd'i's
Expected behavior 最后应该是redis

这个大概率应该是输入法的问题。当你用中文模式输入英文的时候，如果没有按回车把内容输入进去，而是关闭输入法或者切换中英模式或者切换输入法，就会直接把输入栏上的内容直接带进去。
这个问题之前经常发生在微软拼音输入法上。你可以试试在其他应用输入同样内容看看结果。

这个是操作录像,用的是搜狗输入法,我使用了Karabiner-Elements来切换英文和中文输入法,我测试了点击右上角切换输入法也是同样的效果,所以可以排除不是Karabiner-Elements快捷键带来的影响
