Missing string resource for several menu items in 'Help' menu

as per title, we were trying to improve Italian translation, but we could not find where in this repository are the string resources highlighted in this part of UI:

I did not mention this in previous issues (#337 and #338), but we did look for similar issues, both open and closed, and could not find anything about those topics. If those resources are not supposed to be translated, please feel free to close. TA
