hotel v0.8.7 is not working on ubuntu 18.04

hey, the title is very clear. when I open the application from inside hotel page . it is pause for 10 seconds . and then view this error

This site can’t be reached
localhost refused to connect.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

there is no error in the daemon log file.

Seeing the same here on Zorin OS 15.1, which is based on Ubuntu 18.04. Did anyone ever solve this?
