[Feature Request/Proposal] UI for editing domains

Forgive me if I missed it, but couldn't see instructions for the right place for feature requests/proposals. Just going to leave this here for now but feel free to point me to a better place.

I love hotel and use it for a bunch of projects, but one thing I find myself missing pretty consistently is the ability to add/edit/delete domains from the Hotel interface. The CLI is great, but sometimes my brain is in 'UI mode' and I just want to make a quick change here or there. Having to go edit my ./hotel/servers/whatever.json seems like a bit more work than it should be given how nice the rest of the Hotel experience is. I may be missing something, but doesn't seem like this would be impossible to pull off. Looking forward to your thoughts here.

I don't have a ton of time but I would be willing to take on some part of this whether it's the design part, the react part or the backend part.
