The CloudKit JS documentation lacks implementation details for the sign-in setup.

What did you expect to see?

It would be nice to have a couple of code files to show the typical starting point for frameworks and vanilla. This should cover:

• [ ] React.js
• [x] Vue.js (#30, #31)
• [x] Web page (#34)
