Added mapAccumL and mapAccumM operations

Seems this PR was left unnoticed somehow 😕 and as for now it was partially superseded by #3797.

But this one still have a new method mapAccumM to be considered. Although I think this PR may require some attention:

  • being synchronized with main;
  • the suggested mapAccumL should be removed from the PR since it duplicates mapAccumulate.

I think the correct reference is #4209 for the PR that added mapAccumulate. The comment above links this issue to itself.
