Rebrand as cats-effect-direct?

Even though CPS ("Continuation Passing Style") is a more accurate description of this technique, the term of art in the Scala community is increasingly "direct style" or "direct syntax", so I'm tempted to just change the name of the project entirely. Since we're pre-1.x, I wouldn't have any compatibility concerns. Thoughts?
