scroll bar error?

thanks for this extension really a lot, but the error occurred

scroll bar goes up forcibly so I cannot check my TL. yesterday was OK, just now. And when I off the extension, scroll bar works. I Uploaded the option SS so wanna advise what I should do.

I encountered the same issue, but when I turned off the 'Always use "Following" Tab,' the problem was fixed.
