拖动界面大小的时候 上边栏不停闪动

在拖动下边框的时候，上边栏（新标签页这一行）会不停的黑白灰色闪动，不太方便截图，但是非常影响视觉体验呢：）

收到，似乎是 10.12 的什么新变化导致了这个问题，还没找到问题出在哪里。。
