Changing lights too quickly makes lights unresponsive

It's not clear that this is caused by timing. Adding "no repro" until I have clear repro steps. Removing from 1.0 milestone, too.

I haven't been able to pin down a particular cause, but the lights have been locking up (requiring an unplug to fix) after 3-4 changes for me.

I've got the B450 I Aorus Pro Wifi with just the onboard LEDs & 1 strip plugged into the addressable header. BIOS is on the most recent update (F30), and Gigabyte's RGB Fusion is uninstalled.

Essentially, it's a retrogaming PC. I've got the BIOS set to pulse blue, when Windows loads it runs a batch file to switch it to spectrum cycling. When the frontend loads a game, it runs another batch file to switch to a system-appropriate color, then back to the spectrum cycle when you exit and return to the frontend.

The first switch to spectrum cycling always works. After that, no matter how long or short the wait is between future changes, after 3 or 4 the lights will stop on whatever color they're on, stay on if the system is powered off, and stay that way until it's unplugged.

I've tried adding increased timeouts, or waiting a few minutes between running batch files, and it will do it without fail after a few changes.

I'd be happy to provide any kind of logs or additional information if it would help.
