Align points we want to make in PAMI with outline of experiments

do we need to compare to F-RF in the PAMI paper? seems like we wrote to only compare to RF, RR-RF, and XGBoost?

Now that I think about it, I think F-RC needs to be included. With ROFLMAO published, I anticipate a lot more awareness of and interest in F-RC.
