插件版本：0.5.4 ob版本：0.15.9 当行内出现_*等符号时，在不需要的情况下也会出现挖空效果，并且无法禁用。建议增加一个设置项，让用户决定是否启用。  谢谢

0.5.4版新增的折叠指定级别标题，非常实用，唯一的小遗憾是只支持编辑模式。如果预览模式也支持该功能，那就太棒了！ 不知道以后是否会考虑支持预览模式？ 谢谢
