Try using Prism.js to render code block as HTML with links

@Weakky did you, by chance, see this behaviour implemented somewhere using Prism.js?

It seems like it would be easier to have some kind of internal component that would render the links. We could, however, rely on Prism.js in examples, or we could even write a CodeSandbox / RunKit integration.
