Pulse Music is "An offline music player app, with modern UI and powerful features". The application requires few permissions and does not need to connect to the internet to work. The interface is modern and customisable. Even if its development seems to have stopped, it is still very useful and pleasant to use.

Reason for adding

This application does not need any Google service to work, and seems to be a very good alternative for listening to music offline.

After some research, it seems that the development of the application continues, but unfortunately on the PlayStore. However, it does not contain any trackers.
