Translate across projects

It would be nice if it was possible to translate across projects in an organization.

Our use case is that a translator has access to X projects and needs to translate all of them in example German. So we would love a "show all untranslated in German" that worked across the projects.

Besides it would be nice to be able to search for a translation across different projects as well.

Let's say that we are changing the naming of a system item, so everywhere it says "Feature 23" it now needs to say "Feature 68" then it would help us if we were able to search globally for "Feature 23" so we can replace the text everywhere and not jumping in between projects.
