生成container_image/push相关，这里都是硬编码进去服务名啥的，能在这个文件里获取环境变量或者执行sh脚本获取服务名列表吗

bazel应该可以达成，最近比较忙，所以我没有过多的时间去研究这一块。

我试了下workspace_status_command 搞不定，空了说说思路哈。 我来试 最近也在搞这bazel
