Softlock / Loop after completing mentals tomb

Playing the full campaign, did the tombs in order, got the secret key and completed mentals tomb.

Cutscene plays fine (though unlike most, its unskippable).. Then instead of putting me back in the kings valley as expected like the other tombs do.. It puts me back in a fresh instance of metals tomb... So I cannot progress.

Also can't exit this tomb early like the other ones.. So soft locked/broken campaign.

Build: Windows 11 x64, OpenGL.
