[FEAT REQ] Add highlighting to CMake keywords (e.g. `STATIC`, `PUBLIC`, `PRIVATE`, etc...)

The syntax highlight is very nice, but it would be great for CMake keywords to be highlight a different color than user-defined variables.

Maybe fuscia?
