Syntax coloring doesn't recognize escaped hashes/pounds (#)

Behavior: When you escape the hash symbol # in order to make CMake not see this as a comment, everything after the symbol is still colored as a comment, e.g.

add_compile_options(-Werror -Wno-error=\#warnings)

Here #warnings) will be highlighited as a comment.
