Handle autoscaling/v2beta versions

The chart tries to resolve whether the cluster supports autoscaling/v2 or not and selects HPA version to deploy based on that https://github.com/twuni/docker-registry.helm/blob/c91c8139c5bd2a7a093b486d248209604b1b9f70/templates/hpa.yaml#L3

If the cluster supports autoscaling/v2beta1 or autoscaling/v2beta2 but not autoscaling/v2 this chart tries to deploy autoscaling/v2 and that fails.

Suggestion: ignore beta versions and deploy v1 in that case
