issue after battery change

I changed the battery in 2 of my cameras and now theyre both showing as off in home assistant. after double checking the arlo app both cameras ore on and have full battery. 1 of thre cameras thats currently showing as off on HA also is showing the battery is dead however both cameras are showing new events when I click the recordings button. I have already tried powering off and on both cameras, unplugging the base station, even tried manually changing the state via HA but nothing has worked.
