[Feature request/ Question] Prevent software keyboard to be dismissed

Hi,

would it be possible to add the ability to prevent the software keyboard to be dismissed when i use a physical keyboard?

i know radeon IDE is able to do this but i think they have a custom simulator to achieve this.
