Add back `cd`

It looks like cd was removed in https://github.com/twmb/rsfs/commit/bb0b1903a12367b857b6cf6aa3c05f6b54b712db, because it made symlinks hard to implement, but it would be nice to have if you can get the symlink code working with it.
