Lava and water flow are unstoppable (?)

Hi, I setup a server yesterday to test xml for maps and everything seems to be working fine, except lava and water flow seem to be unstoppable. For example, if you define a cuboid/rectangle (I tried both), then use block/block-place to prevent people from putting lava there, it can still flow in, either from the sides or from above. What's really strange is it flows in fine, but then physics don't seem to process when it's inside and has come to a full stop, like if you break the block out from under it, it won't flow downward, and if you let it stop spreading, then block it's path, it won't register that you made a hole nearby that it should be flowing to, it'll just stay motionless. As far as I can tell, the block physics module isn't programmed yet (I tried with sand, water, everything, global regions, smaller fixed ones, doing both block physics and block events, removing everything else from the filter/region sections so nothing can override it... No response), so there's nothing you can really do to stop opponent's from flooding your base. If you really need a version number/video/test world and xml I can try and get those, but I just downloaded it like a day ago from this site, and everything else seems to work except this. I played with it a lot, it even correctly stops water from flowing over void/stops you from placing water directly in the region, but it'll still flow in from outside the region just fine. I blocked both stationary water and regular water. I hope I'm not dumb and forgot something, but even copying the lava protection code from Fairy Tale 2 from ocn (with modifications to the regions to fit my map) didn't work, and I know it works properly in that map.

It's a great plugin though, I'm really happy I got a chance to test my own map.
