Hello all,

We are currently relying on the twitter-text JavaScript library in our application. Dependabot has flagged a few critical issues relating to twitter-text that I believe are at least partially resolved by open PRs to bump dependency versions. From looking through the PRs it seems many of these PRs may be waiting on CLA signatures, but not all.

I also noticed that there hasn't been a new version published to NPM in a couple of years. I'm unsure whether that is due to library stability, alternative publishing, or deprecation of this library.

So I'm curious if this library is still being maintained and if so what is required to get some of these PRs merged.
