Revert water pistol to real pistol

Reflecting recent changes to the X web client. SVG is pulled from https://abs.twimg.com/responsive-web/client-web/1f52b.cec753aa.svg, with extra scale parameter so that it is 36x36 like the other emoji. No other changes.
