This pull request resolved the issue mentioned in #623. I have updated the flag of Martinique.

I’ve made such a thing, in style of Twemoji, with proper overlaps for renderer deficiencies, no clip paths, unoptimized (use whatever software you want for optimization). I declare it public domain, use for whatever you want.
