Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Users on Twitter keep using the flag of Norfolk Island 🇳🇫 to express their affiliation or support of the Taiwan Independence Movement. However this is a flag of a different nation and it can lead to confusion about what is being expressed.

The readme states "We do not support custom emoji." If you want this to show up in Twemoji, you will have to go through Unicode.
