text color is mixing with BG color when the user hovers (footer section)

Describe the bug Whenever the user hovers on the footer section tap, the tabs text color is mixing with the bg color

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://twemoji.twitter.com/
2. Scroll down to the footer part

upon further inspection it doesn't seem that this particular webpage's code is available in this repo, will see what can be done instead : )
