Proposal to consider methods for amplifying feedback of user experience of algorithm

Twitter users are mostly code illiterate. However if it were possible to print an algorithm flow chart for a tweet, users may realize unfair categorization or sorting that they can report. This process may not necessarily be in a live environment. As long as the user's conditions in a live environment are replicated, it might be possible to create sufficient transparency for major commonly shared unfair impediments to be highlighted.
