community notes hide/disappear, after a period of time. (desktop bug)

Describe the bug

community notes hide/disappear after a while on desktop pc. I became aware of this bug due to a recent tweet by elon musk:

In theory this should have a community note (even Elon makes reference to it but I don't see it)
