The modal that pops up after clicking the "view" button on any tweet cannot be dismissed on any mobile browser

Describe the bug The modal that pops up after clicking on the "views" button on every tweet doesn't dismiss on mobile browsers like Chrome, Brave, etc.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Twitter on a mobile browser like Chrome, Brave, or Firefox.
2. Navigate to any tweet and click on the number of views
3. The modal that pops up after this is not dismissable, the "x" close button also doesn't work
4. if we click on dismiss button twice on the first tweet we will be navigated back to the Google search page. if we go further into the replies and click on views that modal cannot be dismissed.

Expected behavior The modal is not dismissed on mobile if we click the close or dismiss button

Environment Android 12 OS with any version of the browsers.
