tor/.onion-service expired - certificate needs to be updated *asap*

Describe the bug once u go on the twitter onion webpage, it says your time and date are wrong(even though they are correct!!) and u can't reach the site

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://twitter3e4tixl4xyajtrzo62zg5vztmjuricljdp2c5kshju4avyoid.onion/' on your tor-browser
2. Click on 'advanced...' then click on the Error code: "SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE"
3. Scroll down to 'Peer’s Certificate has expired.'
4. See error

Expected behavior i expected the onion site to pop up and let me log-in as normal

Additional context I was told the error was bcs of twitter not renewing the certificate, is that correct and will they drop the onions service or will it be back and tor is being difficult on their end with issuing a new certificate? would appreciate clarification.

Twitter doesn't need HARICA to fix that issue. TorBrowser is pretty lax on what it considers to be a valid TLS certificate for onion services. It allows self-signed certificates (but doesn't allow expired certificates). I doubt HARICA is refusing to emit a certificate to Twitter, but even if they did, Twitter can still fix that issue on their own, keeping http2 over TLS if they wish.
