Wrap this algorithm as a npm package to use as recommender algorithm

This algorithm is one of a kind. I have read few recommender algorithm .

Currently there are only few open source recommender algorithm which are really naive and outdated example raccoon recommender engine which was updated 5 years ago and its forks 3 years ago and similarly there are few more which are not that advanced.

I hope that this algo can help to create a new open source recommender algorithm with a npm package which can be used in projects directly.
