Describe the bug Algorithm for recommendations is not functioning properly. Users are not receiving personalized recommendations based on their interests and behavior on the platform.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Twitter homepage.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Observe the recommendations being displayed on the homepage.
4. Notice that the recommendations do not match your interests or behavior on the platform.

Expected behavior Users should receive personalized recommendations based on their interests and behavior on the platform.

Additional context Twitter recently open sourced their algorithm for recommendations, but it seems that there may be a bug in the system. Users are not receiving personalized recommendations, which defeats the purpose of the algorithm. This issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible to ensure that users have a positive experience on the platform.

i would recomend using the "not interested" feature as often as you can, worked to get things i was not interested in out of my recomendations (duh)
