Yeah, I am just sick of seeing people on Twitter who promote the literal ideology of Adolf Hitler. Elon, do you want to, yknow, actually do something about it. Or are you too busy engorging yourself on antisemitic conspiracy theories, xenophobia, and pro-apartheid content?

Block them. If enough people block them, the algorithm will detect that people "regret" interacting with them, and makes them less likely to be scene except by a few who really want that content.
