[Fixed #177] : Update README.md file

I have made some little changes in README.md file

• I updated the introduction section to provide a clearer and more concise overview of the project.
• I added a new section on contributions to help new contributors get started with the project more easily. This section includes information on how to contribute and links to more detailed guidelines.

I have attached a screenshot of the updated README.md file to this message. I believe these changes will make the project more accessible to new contributors and improve the overall user experience of the repository.

Fixed: #177 I request to maintainer of this repo to review my pull request and merged it if all changes are good to go !
