update the Chinese vesion

It's been more than one year since the last updates of the Chinese version, now I make the following changes:

• add the missing error handing and exception handing chapters
• fix several errors in translation
• polish almost all original translations
• use Chinese punctuation instead of English punctuation
• add space before and after the English word
