channel.chat.message not available on the mock server?

Hi there!

Is the event "channel.chat.message" not available on the mock server? It's not in docs/event.md, and it's giving me a 400 Bad Request error with the message "The combination of values in the type and version fields is not valid". Is it possible to use, and if not why?

I think it isn't implemented yet. The user:read:chat scope isn't valid either

With the PubSub deprecation happening soon, are there plans to add support for this?

This would be nice! I have no idea how to add the missing scope but I am willing to take a shot at at least adding the event?
