[Feature Request] Allow User Input to be set

Thanks for the amazing work.

It would be great to be able to set the "user_input" field for eventsub events. I need to check my hmac validation with special characters and I can't seem to override the "Test Input From CLI". As other fields are already overridable I hope this is not such a big deal to implement. Best regards and keep up the great work.
