Update Istio details in Radar doc page

In the bottom of the Radar doc page (https://docs.twistlock.com/docs/compute_edition/technology_overviews/radar.html#istio-monitoring) we need to update the description for the new mechanism to monitor Istio service mesh (not just screenshots, but also what changed in 20.09.x)
