Summarize permissions to one page

Customers want to onboard the Compute Cloud discovery and all related features. It is very difficult to navigate around the docs when configuring the user accounts.

We need a single page for AWS (and others) that list the permissions required for each integration (i.e. Cloud Discovery, Registry Scanning, Serverless Discovery, Serverless Scanning, Auto-Protect Lambda, etc).
