occasional twistlock doc links in the product

Hi team, There are still some Twistlock doc links that are pointed out from the UI instead of PANW tech docs links, for example: Compute > Runtime > Custom Rules > Edit Twistlock Rule > Question mark (that’s in SaaS, but affects self hosted too), while Compute > Runtime > Custom Rules for example has the right link.

Example screenshot for the above: Goes to: https://docs.twistlock.com/docs/latest/runtime_defense/custom_runtime_rules.html which is 404. I assume it should go to https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/prisma/prisma-cloud/20-04/prisma-cloud-compute-edition-admin/runtime_defense/custom_runtime_rules.html

While that's only one link, we'll prossibly need to make a pass and find old ones throughout.
