pydoctor_primer should belong to the pydoctor team

Hi @glyph,

could you please add the pydoctor_primer repo to the pydoctor team ? I’de like to enable the issue tracking.

I added it with "maintainer" privileges. You should be an admin, though, which should let you do this too?
