there should be an IsAwareOf retriever, like CanSee, but aware of concealed items you're carrying
A player ought to be able to manipulate items that they are aware of and other players are not; for example, if you have a recording device in your pocket and the plot demands you collect evidence, you should be able to activate that device without being able to "see" it. You still shouldn't be able to look at it, as that is an action that explicitly calls out visual cues, but you should be able to activate it and take it.
