Allow Horizontal Chat size to reach 20% and Ignore camera notch

Title is self explanatory. At least with screens with bigger ratio than 16:9 (FHD+, mine is 2340x1080, which is 2.19 ratio instead 1.78 of a 16:9) you can have the chat smaller and still be readeable.

I see this in the Xtra Twitch App, which allow chat in landscape reaching 20%, and i realise the video doesn't lose height in my phone as it only needs to move right to make room to the chat. Maybe this can introduce some issues... Edit: I just see that app also have an option to "Ignore camera notch" which is what it have more space for the chat/video, as it goes over/below the camera notch. It has that option on by default, meanwhile Twire doesn't take that space. It could be cool to have that option too, but maybe it can introduce a lot of issues knowing some related issues in the past, and also can be harder to make it work than anticipated...

This would improve the app a lot. It's quite annoying that you still have screen available but you can't stretch it out.
