Server crashes during `bam run` and 'bam serve'

On bam run the server is shown to be running on port 3000. So far so good. Then you navigate to the page and receive `Error: Can't set headers after they are sent."

If you run bam gen foillowed by bam serve the server does not crash but the browser reports a not found.

This could be because we have not added content yet, maybe.

How do you add pages?

Next, I created an index.md in the pages folder and ran bam gen, with success. The 'index-htmlpage generated reflected the content of theindex.md` page.

But bam serve on the other hand threw an error.
