Constant redirects after I Upgraded after transfer to new host

I migrated to another host and tried to re-install/transfer my OpenVBX install, but now I can't login because I keep getting redirects. The url is http://www.districtwebdesign.com/calls

I checked my htaccess file and I think that mod_rewrite is on (no try area of expertise) and I have also copied over the Openvbx.php database.php and config.php into the OpenVBX/config subfolder.

Any ideas? Anyone I can pay to fix it?
