Browser Calls (ASP.NET MVC) - Invalid Access TOken Issuer/Subject

I am having this "Invalid Access TOken Issuer/Subject" when I run the browser call sample;

Background

• I am on the trial account. I have a free US number. I live in Australia so my verified phone number is AU number.
• I've double-checked the settings (TwilioAccountSid, TwiMLApplicationSid, TwilioPhoneNumber, TwilioApiKey and TwilioApiSecret).
• I am running the browser call - ASP.NET MVC sample on Visual Studio 2022. (Windows 10)
• I am running ngrok CLI on Windows. The ngrok visual studio extension doesn't work on VS 2022. The author of Ngrok VS extension is looking for the contributor so I don't think that extension is active anymore.
• I've updated my ngrok URL In my TwiML app.
